Bad reminiscences from the last are harmful to our health and highly unproductive so you must hide the problems of your previous and move on.

Create a fear list
Write down everything you are concerned about; the expenses, your job, the car MOT – everything. Then rate them on a range of one to 10, with 10 being the elements that are concerning you most. You can then convert your fear record into an activity record. Take activity on the issues that you ranked the best first, and then work through the rest of the record. You will feel a sense of comfort everytime you mark a fear off, and this is a sure-fire way to increase your pleasure and reduce your issues.

 Self-discipline your thoughts
If you are a serious worrier, you need to learn to take management of your ideas rather than allowing them to take management of you. To do this, whenever you think a bad believed, you must convert it into a good. Any time you fear, think “is this really helpful?” If the answer is no, convert the believed into a good or no way completely. While this may seem difficult at first, it will gradually become second characteristics and you will discover that transforming a bad into a good is a much more beneficial way of interacting with your ideas.

 Keep yourself preoccupied through relaxation
When we’re concerned – particularly about unique at once – our heads never usually discover a sensible solution to our issues. In order to think practically, we must take plenty of a chance to rest. Take in in through your nasal area, and out through your lips. After a few minutes of leisure, the stress will keep your body and you will be in a better position to deal with the problem from a clean viewpoint.
